Site Selection

It has been our experience that when an organization manages its own hotel accommodations they are paying for certain hidden costs. These include internal staff salaries and production as well as other expenses such as phones, copiers and courier services. Your staff will expend unnecessary time and resources due to a lack of experience in the marketplace and responding to problems and complaints from guests and/or hotels.

Adelfi Group will eliminate the labor-intensive, time-consuming task of locating, evaluating and contracting with hotels.

Here is what our clients can expect from Adelfi Group:

• Needs Assessment. We will discuss and review your specific needs and will then create a request
for proposal based on your unique requirements.
• Solicitation, Evaluation & Analysis. We will solicit proposals and evaluate each one carefully.
We will provide a comprehensive spreadsheet detailing rates, benefits, amenities, location, etc. and we will arrange and coordinate the site inspections of the potential properties.
• Recommendation & Negotiation. Based on your needs and the available proposals, Adelfi Group will offer a
recommendation and assist in the negation process to ensure the best possible terms & rates are achieved.
• Management. Once the contract is signed, Adelfi Group will remain as your liaison with the hotel and be
available to manage any problems and/or complaints that may arise (from the crew and the hotel) during the term of the agreement.

Ultimately, Adelfi Group manages the process and does all the leg work and because hotels compensate us directly, there is no cost to our clients for these services.
